Mitchell will manage the Athletic Club, a state-of-the-art exercise, health and wellness facility set to open in late December, located within the Prescott, AZ property’s Ranch Compound. Mitchell most recently was Group Exercise Instructor for Anytime Fitness in Prescott Valley, Ariz., where she instructed a variety of group exercise classes. Prior to that, Mitchell was Athletics Director for Troon Golf-Anthem Country Club in Henderson, Nev., where she managed a 14,000 square foot Athletic Club facility, including fitness, tennis, aquatics programs, a day care and a full service salon and spa.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from The University of Iowa with an emphasis on fitness and wellness, Mitchell is well prepared to manage the new facility. With a solid work background in country club settings, Mitchell worked her way through the ranks at Terravita Golf & Country Club in Scottsdale, Ariz. as a fitness instructor and stayed with the company for several years, achieving success as the Fitness Director.
