Internet-Based Real Estate Company FavoriteAgent.com Adds North Carolina Franchise: Owner Matt Jones Welcomes Dave Williams to the FavoriteAgent Famil
Fayetteville, NC (PRWEB) November 15, 2006 -- Matt Jones, Founder and CEO of FavoriteAgent.com, an Internet-based real estate company, has announced the opening of a franchise -- the company's seventh -- in Fayetteville, NC. The new office, which will serve Fort Bragg and surrounding areas, as well as Fayetteville, is owned by Broker/REALTOR® Dave Williams, a retired Master Sergeant with the U.S. Army.
Born in Sacramento, CA, Williams lived in a half dozen other states, joined the Marines in 1979, and since 1984 has served in Afghanistan, Haiti, and Kosovo as a member of the Army's Special Forces. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a minor in Computer Information Systems, from Campbell University. He also attended real estate, broker, and broker-in-charge schools and has worked as a REALTOR® since January 2006.
After spending several months weighing his career options and having read LCM: The Secret to Success in the New Age of Real Estate, Williams enrolled in a two-day seminar at FavoriteAgent's home office and realized that his professional future lay with Jones' technological approach to real estate sales. Joe and Robyn Pomales launched the first FavoriteAgent national franchise in April of this year, and successive franchises have opened in New Mexico, Virginia, and Kansas, with others slated to follow suit within the next month. Williams' office will be located on Reilly Road in Fayetteville.
Jones, who was interviewed recently for an upcoming segment on CNN titled "Special Report: Changing the Way Real Estate Is Sold in America," was also featured in a nationally syndicated newspaper article, "The Housing Scene," by Lew Sichelman, who is considered the father of real estate news-writing in the United States. In addition, he has been interviewed at length by Michael Krisa of BrokerAgent News, the real estate industry's premier trade publication, and by Stu Taylor of Radio America Network in a conversation that reached fifty-five million listeners nationwide.
