A U.S. Army veteran now in his third year in the real estate industry, Kevin Grullon has been a top producer ever since joining FavoriteAgent 18 months ago. He decided to create a team when he realized that many agents, both new and experienced, were approaching him for marketing and listing advice. A Fort Lauderdale, FL, native, he believes that helping agents succeed is the most important part of his job.

Josh Loraw, originally from Baltimore, MD, spent six years in the military. As a U.S. Army sergeant, he served in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kosovo, as well as Fort Bragg, NC. For the past seven years he has been in the automotive business, and during that time, he studied real estate at the J.Y. Monk School.

Maria Loraw was born in Brazil but lived in New York and Maryland before moving to North Carolina. She obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and is now studying Business at Fayetteville Technical Community College. For the past five years, she has been employed as a teller at the State Employees Credit Union in Fayetteville (NC), and both she and her husband are real estate brokers.

Grullon is a top-producing agent specializing in the marketing of clients' homes, and his team is the eighth to originate from FavoriteAgent.com's Fayetteville office.
