The online appraisal continuing education courses have been certified by the International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC), which ensures quality and monitors standards for distance education. The courses have also been approved by the approved through New York Department of State to fulfill their established continuing education requirements. The first appraisal course to launch is the 7-hour National USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) Update course, which is required of all appraisers.
