Sycamore Hills Golf Course is located at 48787 North Avenue in Macomb MI. The golf event was a four man scramble. Dooley's Tavern of Clinton Twp. partnered with Labatt Blue Light to bring some lovely ladies and libations to the event.
Premium cigars (http://www.cigarfox.com) were available before and after the event, as well as on the course during the round. The event coordinator was Chris Churilla and the event was open to the public. The $100 per man entry fee included golf, unlimited beer and pop, hotdogs, chicken dinner, 50/50 raffle, door prizes, and a longest drive and closest to the pin contest.
Sycamore Hills is a 27 hole Championship Golf Course designed by master architect Jerry Matthews. There is a PGA professional on staff to answer any questions that you may have. Sycamore Hills features a 300 yard driving range for a little practice before the round. There are numerous putting greens available to work on that short stroke. The fairways are lined with beautiful sycamore trees. Lakes and rivers are dotted throughout the course to submerge the golfer in nature and among the rolling Scottish like hills. The wait staff and chefs are second to none.
