Available to Cablevision's iO TV customers on channel 719, GOLF CHANNEL HD features a programming schedule that includes more live golf coverage than all other networks combined, as well as news, instruction and original productions, such as the popular Big Break. GOLF CHANNEL became the exclusive cable home of the PGA TOUR in 2007, and televises part or all of every PGA TOUR event. In addition, the network is exclusive television home of the Nationwide Tour, European Tour and Canadian Tour, and the exclusive cable home of the Champions Tour. Also featured is a generous mix of other competition from the LPGA Tour, USGA, PGA of America, Asian Tour, PGA Tour of Australasia and Sunshine Tour of Southern Africa.
During the countdown, Cablevision is recognizing each of the 45 high-definition services iO customers receive at no additional cost, including all nine local professional sports teams in HD. In the first episode of a three-part personal lessons series, Raymond Floyd will ride along with two amateur golfers for a round of golf, providing tips and insight on how to improve their golf games. Viewers will listen in as Floyd uses his extensive knowledge of golf to challenge the amateurs to use visualization to bring about better golf shots.

In the second episode of the three-part personal lessons series, Floyd will work with a 19-handicapper to improve his negative attitude and mentality on the golf course that leads to poor execution.
