Co-founder Earl Ellingson states, "We have grown our simply natural protein bar from blending mom's recipe in our apartment to over 1000 retail stores in 4 years. ELEV8Me!? is an alternatively simple and natural protein and whole fruit bar created by health food caterer Bernadine Ellingson for her family of 5 athletic kids. In 2003 her son Earl and his wife Trish then began making her snacks for sale to stores and slowly grew their little company from making bars in their apartment to now serve 6 unique flavors to more than 1000 stores in Canada.
