Billion Dollar Real Estate Developer, Author and Coach Colm Dillon Starts His 2 Day Development Workshop Tour of the United States, Canada, New Zealan
Australia (PRWEB) January 24, 2008 -- Billion dollar developer, successful author and Real Estate Development Coach Colm Dillon, is taking his unique teaching style and holding 2 day workshops "face to face" with developers' old and new in the US, Canada, NZ and Australia.
The Australian Tour starts in Sydney on February 23 & 24, 2008; Melbourne on March 8 & 9; Perth on April 5 & 6 and Wellington, New Zealand on April 19 & 20.
His US Tour starts in Los Angeles on May 16 & 17, 2008; Denver a week later on May 23 & 24; Atlanta on May 30 & 31 and finally in Chicago on June 6 & 7, 2008.
The Canadian Tour commences in Toronto on June 13 & 14; Calgary on June 20 & 21 and finally in Vancouver on June 27 & 28, 2008.
"I plan on spending some time in each city and that's why the US and Canadian will take me 7 weeks for 7 cities," he said at his tour announcement today, "so I can get a better appreciation of my developers' work environment.
This tour is Coach Dillon's first and is all happening with, "no media advertising," he continued, "just good old word of mouth gets to the real people who are really interested in learning real estate development.
I've put a limit of 40 attendees at each of my workshops, because I'm all about teaching the individual and not packing 500 in a room; that's not for me."
Each 2 day Workshop will cover Residential Development; Commercial Development and Land Subdivision Development and an important element will be the questions/answers on issues that people are struggling with, either in their own actual development or in their development study.
Coach Dillon emphasizes the 'hands on real development' approach and not the 'theory.' "There are lots of books on theory, but real developers need to know what to do next. That is the question for many people who got into development from the school of hard knocks," the Coach said, "what do I do next? You can't ask another developer."
"So that is where I come in. They can talk to me as 'one of them' but not in competition. It's a pity, but many developers leave money on the table on just about every development.
With over $1.2 Billion worth of real estate developments under my belt," Colm Dillon says, "I've ridden the same wave as these developers are on now; so we talk the same language and the conversation flows easily."
"Developers are just like sports stars; they need a coach," he continued, "except with developers' the ball they kick is worth millions of dollars and severe penalty apply if you 'drop it.' So yes, it's good to have someone who's been there to discuss current challenges; at least that's what they tell me."
