The University of Central Florida (UCF) will play host to the championship game by achieving the best C-USA record of 7-1. The visiting team will be the Golden Hurricanes of Tulsa with a conference record of 6-2.

Back on October 20, the two teams met in Orlando with UCF prevailing, 44-23, in front of a sellout crowd of 45,510.
