Similar in look to a tube top, the Hip-T is a snug, surprisingly stylish cotton garment worn around the hips. It covers any backside pop-ups while giving the wearer a layered look without the bulk of an additional long tank.
"There's nothing else like this out there," said DeSerpa, "It's such a new concept."
Women have been flocking to the site to buy Hip-T's not only for themselves, but for their daughters.
Meeks and DeSerpa understand why: they have teenage daughters of their own.
"They wear them all the time," DeSerpa said. "They're our biggest supporters."
It's impossible to tell if a woman is wearing a Hip-T; the end result appears to be an extra fitted t-shirt or tank.
