She established Mountain High Realty, Inc. after obtaining her broker's certificate in October of 2005. She then began specializing in commercial and large tracts of land.
Not one to rest on her laurels, Greenaway is also tackling several land development projects in Roan Mountain, Mountain City and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. In 2006, Greenaway started selling a very unique, cottage style house, which featured stone inside and out. She introduced two wonderful businessmen to one another and Mountain High Stone Cottages, LLC was founded. The development and sales of these unique stone cottages has tripled since the fall of 2006.
