The auction takes place on September 23rd, at the Radisson Worldgate Resort near the entrance of Walt Disney World, Kissimmee, FL 34747. All potential first times home buyers, secondary home buyers and investors will have an opportunity to purchase bank owned homes through out the State of Florida. The seller is providing Insurable title at the time of closing. There will be no back taxes to pay or liens against the properties, but the properties are selling in "As Is" condition.
