David has spent a few years living in Singapore, which has exposed him to different cultures and ways of doing business - this enhances his ability to reach out to a wider profile of counterparts and potential clients. Spending over 2 years in the high end art industry in New York, has given David a great opportunity to expand his network and create business alliances between the art buyers and the real estate market in terms of diversifying their investments.

David is a highly motivated, hard working perfectionist, who relates well to a broad range of people and personalities.
