The convention center transforms into the Sugar Shack during the rally beginning May 15 through the 19th. The Shack is just a mile or so from Broadway at the Beach. After 66 years of bringing the rally to life, the founders, Carolina Harley-Davidson Dealers Association (CHDDA), plan big changes in 2007 including adding a custom car show to the mix.
