Booster Juice Partners with Ware Malcomb Architects and Poelman Construction to Open the First Booster Juice Store in Northern California

Rocklin, CA (PRWEB) May 25, 2007 -- Booster Juice of Portland, Oregon announced today they have partnered with Poelman construction and Ware Malcomb architects to complete the first of four stores in Northern California. Our first store is 95% complete and is slated to open in Rocklin/Roseville area Saturday, June 2nd, said Jon Amack, president and co-founder of Booster Juice.

The store will offer 25 varieties of smoothies and a dozen fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. Additionally, Booster Juice goes beyond smoothies and offers fresh delicious Panini's, quesadillas and wrap sandwiches.

Locally, Scott Buss and Paula Schmidt of PSB Smoothie Development Corporation are bringing the Booster Juice brand of Juice and Smoothie Bars to the Northern California and Nevada area.
