Fresno, CA (PRWeb) March 26, 2007 -- Design work for Shaw Village Shopping Center is in process, integrating architectural and landscape finishes in an all-new California Central Valley style. The major shopping and dining destination in the Greater Fresno area of California's Central Valley, will be renovated and expanded to include additional prime leasing opportunities for retail, restaurant, and office tenants.

The Shaw Village renovation and expansion will include new Central Valley style facade treatments to update the look and street appeal of the center, new vertical architectural icons, as well as new landscaping, seating areas, and dining establishments. The layering of design elements is intended to include evoke the region's agricultural heritage as well as the Central Valley's growing role as a business and trade center. All elements are intended to deliver on an appealing, indigenous guest experience that will be unique for the Fresno area.
"We want to position Shaw Village Shopping Center to benefit from its strategic location within the booming economy of California's Central Valley region," said Mr. Abrahamian, "but in a way that our restaurant, retail, and office tenants will be thrilled with." Mr. Abrahamian and A&O Properties Management, Inc., have successfully acquired and renovated more than a dozen retail and mixed-use properties throughout Southern California and his native Germany.
Shaw Village Shopping Center is conveniently located along West Shaw Avenue, the Fresno area's primary corridor for retailing and dining. California State University Fresno, a major regional campus with a large student population and faculty, is situated just west of Shaw Village. Wal-Mart anchors a major power retail center next to Shaw Village, facing the center just across West Shaw Avenue. Shaw Village is less than a mile East of Convention Center.
