Angela Wickenberg, Mother of Four, Charms Hearts and Minds as Finalist at StomperNet Live Seminar in Orlando

Orlando, Florida (PRWeb) February 27, 2007 -- Angela Wickenberg, an Internet Marketer and single mother of four children, was recently a finalist at the StomperNet Fast Track competition at StomperNet Live seminar in Orlando, Florida.

At the seminar, John Reese, the famous recluse marketer, made a rare public appearance as the keynote speaker. Following his own "Reese Rule #1", which states "Do more than what's expected of you", Reese surprised the competition winner with a BMW M5.

Wickenberg, who lives in Sweden, was flown in for the contest, as were all of the other finalists, who travelled from England, New Zealand, Greece and the continental United States.

StomperNet is a network created by a group of ultra successful marketers. With Brad Fallon and Andy Jenkins at the forefront, StomperNet is teaching its closed membership how to make money online using natural search techniques.

"I joined StomperNet in late October 2006 with the intention of learning SEO and other methods of gaining natural traffic," Wickenberg said of the StomperNet Online Business Development Program. "Although I have lived in Sweden for many years, I grew up in a family from Louisiana that migrated to Los Angeles. Of course, my main goal is to support my family. I sold my car and took out loans to go into business last fall, so I think that shows my level of commitment."

Wickenberg was initially unsure if she would make it to Orlando. Prior to her trip, her youngest son caught the flu and her other children all had bad colds of their own. "I was lucky to have escaped without becoming ill myself. After 24 hours of travel, including layovers and missed planes, I arrived to the seminar only a few hours late. I met a lot of fantastic people whom I admire, including John Reese, Andy Jenkins, Brad Fallon and Ben Mack, to name a few. I was pleasantly surprised at how gracious and generous these famous marketers are. It was great to get so many wonderful pictures together with them," Wickenberg said.

On why she was chosen as a finalist, Wickenberg said: "I am emotional and passionate, so I have poetically expressed the trials and tribulations of being a single mother with a large house note and a start-up business from scratch. Many of my problems in business stem from a lack of money and time, but I am also a technophobe, so learning SEO and other technical things is mentally and emotionally challenging for me. A short version of my presentation is located on my blog: http://www.e-bizsecretsexposed.com/blog, along with the lyrics to the song I wrote, which was inspired by my application. My intention was to motivate and lift the spirits of the attendees with my words."

People who heard the presentation were dumbfounded and surprised.

"There were a few laughs and lots of applause," says Sharon Odom Fling, veteran marketer from Houston, Texas. Ben Mack, author of` ´Think Two Products Ahead: Secrets the Big Advertising Agencies Don't Want You to Know´ agreed, saying "Angela should consider speaking engagements more often."

Although she didn't win the competition, Angela is pleased with the experience.

"I had a chance to touch the hearts and minds of many others with my presentation. I won the audience, regardless of who won the contest itself. My passion is to lift up and motivate others, and I will continue to do so," she said.

She has studied Internet Marketing in her spare time since 1996.
