Cortney Kasuba, research analyst for Lyra's Hard Copy Supplies Advisory Service (SAS), will discuss the decline in laser hardware prices and how this affects purchasing and printing habits. She is responsible for forecasting laser toner cartridge shipments and tracking third-party cartridge shipments and trends. She also conducts primary research and analysis on the office sector.
